About our services
We deliver many services, including
- repairs and maintenance to council homes including emergency, out of hours, gas safety and damp repairs
- letting social housing homes
- investing in improving our existing homes, developing new housing and area regeneration
- providing advice on paying rent, home energy and maximising people’s income
- supporting tenants to get garden aid, benefits, and grants
- supporting people who are at risk of or who are homeless
