Our empty homes officer will investigate privately owned empty domestic properties which have been unoccupied for over six months, and are not second homes.
Before you start
You will need to know
- the address of empty property
- the owner / last occupant if known
- the period the property has been empty
- if the owner / anyone else visits the property to collect mail or maintain it
- any contact information
- other information which may help to engage with the person responsible.
