Environment:
Working as part of a small team based in Leith, this is a part-time position, working 16 hours per week. Flexible working patterns available.
What might a day in this role look like?
You will work in the warehouse packing orders, loading and unloading van, delivering to customers, community groups, pop ups and stalls in and around the city.
What will I learn?
- Warehousing, customer service, health and nutrition
- Manual Handling, Food Hygiene, Fire Training
- Communication, teamwork, problem solving, navigation skills.
What qualifications/skills are required?
- National 5 or equivalent in English and Maths
- Positive, reliable, enthusiastic, flexible
- Driving licence (minimum 3 points)
- Preferably aged over 21 years for driving purposes but would consider younger
- In order to meet funding criteria, applicants must have barriers to employment.
