Electronic invoices

We send customers invoices for a range of services from the Council. You can sign up to get your invoice sent to you by email.

If you sign up for einvoicing all invoices will be sent to you by email.

Benefits of an einvoice

Sending you an einvoice

  • makes it easier for you to store and find it
  • saves the Council money, which we can use for other important services
  • is better for the environment, as we won’t need to print and post paper invoices.

No change to making payments

You will continue to pay as you currently do, either monthly, quarterly or annually.

Text reminders

In 2024, we will be able to send you text messages to your mobile phone to remind you about payments you are due to make. You can sign up now for this service, ready for the change next year.
