How to sign up to einvoices and text reminders
To sign up to einvoices and text reminders you will need to provide your
- email address
- mobile phone number
- invoice number, which you can find on a current invoice.
Request einvoices and text reminders
You will see a message confirming the form has been completed successfully.
If your details change
To update your email or phone number, send your name, invoice number and new contact details to debtors@edinburgh.gov.uk.
How we will use your data
We will keep your information private and follow the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Your einvoices
Once you have signed up we will send you electronic invoices. These einvoices will be sent from noreply_accountsreceivable@edinburgh.gov.uk.
Check your email account for your einvoice including your spam / junk folder.
