Women supporting women- outdoor cooking club

This drop in women’s outdoor cooking group makes lunch each week using fresh vegetables and herbs from Granton Community Garden followed by a community meal. The group is suitable for all women and mums living in Muirhouse, Wester Drylaw, West Pilton, Granton, Royston and Wardieburn, participants can either attend with their children or while they are in nursery or school. The group meets on Wednesdays at noon to cook, and then everyone can enjoy the meal at 2pm at

Tiny Plates – picky eaters’ workshops

 Practical workshops to support parents and carers with children under five years of age, including exploring facts around weaning or looking at why fussy eating happens, and discovering how we can get our children to eat a better variety of foods. Offering parents a chance to try different foods before they go out and buy. Booking is eesential. The group runs on Fridays 9.30am to 11.30am at

Practical workshops for parents,carers and their children to cook together as a family. Learn more about food, health and nutrition and increase confidence to cook from scratch at home.
