The 'Every Mind Matters' website is a great source of advice on mental health and wellbeing. It is for all ages but has some pages especially for young people. You can also use their online quiz to create your own free Mind Plan.
The Mix
The mix is a great place to find more support for your mental health and wellbeing. There are discussion boards, chat support and lots of advice on a wide range of wellbeing issues. You can also sign up for free counselling. Access The Mix.
SHOUT
Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, 24/7 text message service for anyone in need of support in the UK. Trained Shout Volunteers can help with issues including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, relationship problems, sexuality, money worries.
Childline
Childline is there to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through.You can talk about anything. Whether it’s something big or small, thier trained counsellors are there to support you.Childline is free, confidential and available any time, day or night. They also have a great range of online resources to support your wellbeing.
