Edinburgh & Lothians Greenspace Trust – Out and about

Edinburgh & Lothians Greenspace Trust focuses on getting a individuals, communities and groups engaging in their outdoor space through lots of different avenues to help improve their health and wellbeing. They run groups including walking groups, conservation groups, Nordic walking, and Thai chi groups.

Health in Mind

Health in Mind provide practical and emotional support to all adults to help explore their mental health and wellbeing. They provide wellbeing courses and workshops, anxiety and depression peer support groups, peer volunteering and mental health and wellbeing support.

The Alma project

This Arts and Mental Health project is for adults with mental health problems. the project is currently offering an online weekly programme of Art and Music sessions (to be replaced by Art Outings in June 2024); an Art for You group; and Peer Chat sessions on Google Meet.
